This is a pre-reservation form,the reservation will not be effective until the client makes the payment of 20% of the entire amount of the stay. Payment will be made by bank transfer. We will notify you of your reservation confirmation by email.
The cancellation of the reservation within 10 days prior to the date of entry, will result in the loss of the deposit due to cancellation.
High season: 31 € night/person.
Low season: 29 € night/person.
Increase of 20 €/night per additional place (with a maximum of 3).

In July and August the house is rented for whole weeks.
Rest of the year you have to rent the house for a minimum of 2 nights.
